Privacy notice

Active Life Hub LLC operates Market Price Finder. This notice explains what the Service processes. The Service is designed for product and market research; it does not need personal data, and you should not include any in requests.

What we process

• Request content: the item description, identifiers, specifications, market, preferences and optional fields you send.
• Results: the offers, evidence excerpts and source URLs we retrieved for your request.
• Payment metadata: the paying wallet address, payment nonce, amount, network and settlement transaction. We never receive wallet private keys or recovery phrases, and we do not store raw payment signatures beyond the payment record needed for reconciliation.
• Access control: a one-way hash of your Idempotency-Key. The key itself is not stored.
• Operational usage: timings, provider call counts, token and credit usage and cost estimates per request.
• Abuse protection: IP addresses are hashed and kept only in short-lived rate-limit counters; paid requests also use a shared counter keyed by that hash.

How it is used and shared

Request content is used only to perform the research. To do that it is sent to: Tavily (web search and, when a page cannot be read directly, page extraction), Anthropic (Claude API, for search planning and interpreting retrieved pages), and Coinbase Developer Platform (x402 payment verification and settlement). Exchange rates are fetched from the European Central Bank; no request data is sent there. The Service is hosted on Vercel and stores records in a PostgreSQL database. Public seller pages are retrieved directly from their websites. Each provider’s own terms and retention rules apply to the data it receives. We do not sell data, show advertising, or use analytics or tracking cookies.

Browser storage

The website keeps your request, access key and latest result in your browser’s session storage so you can resume an interrupted request. It is cleared when you close the tab.

Retention

Results are available for 30 days. After that they are no longer served, and the stored request content and result are deleted the next time the Service processes paid work (there is no always-on background job) or when the operator runs the retention command. A minimal record of the payment, key hash and cost accounting is kept to prevent payment replay and for bookkeeping. Records with an uncertain payment outcome are kept until reconciled. Blockchain transactions are public and cannot be deleted by anyone.

Your choices

Do not submit personal or confidential data. To ask about or request deletion of a specific request before the retention period ends, contact the operator, Active Life Hub LLC, with the request ID.
