Terms of Service
Market Price Finder (marketpricefinder.online, the “Service”) is operated by Active Life Hub LLC (“we”). By sending a request to the Service, through the website or the API, you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization or through an automated agent, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization or the agent’s operator.
1. What the Service does
The Service researches publicly available offers for a product, part, material or service that you describe, and returns structured, informational results: observed prices, source links, verbatim evidence, normalizations and comparisons. It is not a store, marketplace, broker or agent of any seller. We do not sell the items researched, do not take seller commissions, and do not place orders.
2. Results are informational, not offers or guarantees
Every price is a public offer observed at the stated retrieval time. It is not a quote, reservation or binding offer, and sellers may change prices, stock, taxes, fees, shipping and terms at any time. Results may be incomplete or contain errors, including extraction, classification, matching, unit-normalization and currency-conversion errors. Statistics describe only the offers reported. Converted amounts use published reference exchange rates and are not the rates a seller or payment provider will apply. Verify evidence and confirm directly with the seller before relying on a result. Results are not financial, investment, tax, legal or procurement advice.
3. Pricing and payment
Each request is priced per research tier. The price is shown before payment and is charged in USDC through the x402 protocol on the network stated in the payment requirements (currently Base). There are no subscriptions, accounts or automatic renewals. Payment settles before research begins. A completed result is billable even when it contains few or no comparable offers. If paid research fails, you may retry it up to two times at no additional charge using the original Idempotency-Key. There are no automatic refunds. If a settlement outcome is uncertain, do not pay again: keep the request ID; the payment is reconciled against the blockchain record. Blockchain transactions are irreversible and public. Network fees and wallet behaviour are outside our control.
4. Your responsibilities
Submit only lawful requests. Do not submit secrets, credentials, personal data or confidential information; request content is sent to our search and analysis providers. Do not use the Service to target private networks, to circumvent access controls of any website, to harass sellers, or as a general-purpose proxy or crawler. Keep your Idempotency-Key secret; anyone holding it can read the result. Automated clients must respect rate limits and HTTP status codes and should enforce their own spending limits.
5. Sources and third-party content
Results quote and link to third-party websites for evidence. Those sites, their content and their trademarks belong to their owners; inclusion is not endorsement, and we are not responsible for them. How we retrieve pages is described on the data sources page.
6. Availability and changes
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We may change features, prices for future requests, limits or these terms, and may suspend the Service. Changes to these terms apply to requests made after the new effective date.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Active Life Hub LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, savings, data or purchasing decisions, arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to a request is limited to the amount you paid for that request.
